irrational behavior

Iv had my fish since Xmas eve '10, and they've been great, always appear happen, grown a lot and regularly cared fore. But recently one on my goldfish has been getting a little skitish, evetytime I approach the tank (except for feeding time) he appears to through a wobbler and start darting from corner to corner taking everything from gravel, ornaments and plants, to other tank mates with him and then stops suddenly and bk to usual behavior. It's like he's got cabin fevor or split personality.

Any suggestions?
