Is it time to redecorate

I have two very large piles of rock (one in each back corner) in my 90 gal. I worry about waste build up under the pile. Should I move things around every now and then. The africans have set territories and the electric yellows are prego again. I'd hate to startle her and make her swallow them. I also hate to think of the poop that might be collecting down in the rocks.

The electric yellows will brood again, if you startle them. Every few months, I remove all the rocks from my 80 gal Mbuna tank and give it a good vacuum. Territories are messed up, but it gives the fish something to fight over
