Is my gbr sick?

My gbr has developed a small red bump near his back fin. Is he sick? He seems to have lost some colour and is more skittish than usual.

Params are fine.
Please look at my profile for stock. 55 galon
Also he hasn't been fed in the last week due to a vacation.

Does it look like a parasite illness or more of an "injury"? Any other fish bullying him?

It looks very similar to a male angelfish's breeding tube.

Here's abetted pick. It also looks like there are small red strands coming from the bump.
