Is my neon tetra sick?

One of my neon tetras eye seems a bit cloudy
Ive read alot of different info and for the most parts it just says to keep with some pwcs and watch my parameters and it should go away
Does anyone else have any experience with this? Thanks!

Yeah it will hopefully go away after some heavy water changes and less frequent feeding.

Hopefully and I don't think I feed that much I give an ok pinch it's gone in a few seconds and I normally do weekly pwcs but I'll do more and see it's condition
