I just noticed my pearl danio on the floor of the tank hidden in the java moss. Then she went and did a circuit of the tank and is now completely invisible inside the moss. Is she ok? Levels are all good (ammo 0, nitrite 0, nitrates between 5 and 10), can't think of anything else that might be wrong. She's worrying me!

As long as you can't see any visible damage or abnormality - and she doesn't look like she's breathing heavily, then she may be just laying eggs in the moss. 
Who knows, if you're lucky you could end up with some baby danios.
