Is she okay

I just bought a female molly home she looked fine but I always put new fish in a smaller tank to look them over for a minute and her top fin seems damaged, but maybe a little stringy, her fine are white so it's hard to tell should I be worried also she never lifts it it just lays flat

Hard to tell without a picture. Sounds like the beginnings of fin rot, but it could also be mechanical damage and stress. Does she have any other symptoms - clamped fins, lethargy, flashing, lack of appetite etc.?
