Is something wrong with my Gourami?

I've had a Honey Sunset Gourami for many months now with no problem. But yesterday I noticed that it is VERY fat. It almost looks like a balloon fish of some kind. Other than being twice its normal width, it seems to be fine. I'm fairly certain that this was sudden and that it actually isn't just overweight, but I admit that I don't pay as much attention to this tank as I do my others.

Unfortunately it's looking like this might be the case. Is there anything that I can do?

Jeez dropsy is terrible my betta got it too he died though i didn't really treat him. i just threw salt in the water as a home remedy (STUPID)

If he is eating try some cooked peeled peas. It will help if he is constipated.
