is the flower shrimp the same thing as bamboo shrimp?

because i went to the store and saw the flower shrimp for 8.99 i was going to buy it because its suppose to be the same thing. one thing i noticed was it didnt have fans (as i could see) it had pincers and was catching and in them and eating them. i had the perception it had fans because it was catching something but still i saw no fans.

Nope. Some places just make up names (or their distributor makes up a name and they go with it).

Any shrimp with claws on the ends of long arms will eat any small fish it can catch with those little arms.
