Is this a chinese algae eater?

Thought that is what I bought but now I'm not sure. I was also told they get aggressive and I should rehome it so I want to be sure he is actually one. He is crazy. Always darting around the tank like he is on speed. Only time he stops is for a 2 sec suck up the side and maybe a 2 sec break hangin with my burmese zebra loaches (which he really seems to like) he is small, around 1.5 inches

From the pics I would say so but they're slightly blurry so can't be sure.

It's more a problem as they get older and while their aggression is largely exaggerated (It's mostly slow moving fish they can latch on to) they do get reasonably large so I would say your stock and tank size would be the two factors to consider before deciding on rehoming it.
 
It appears to be... Better pictures are needed, but you can google what they look like and compare it to what you have.
