Is this enough filtration?

Ok so out of all of my 5 tanks I have about 8 filters total... And I'm trying to decide how I want to move things around. My question is:

On my 54 gallon corner tank which will have one 8" red devil... Currently I have 1 biowheel 200 and 1 aquaclear 70... What I want to do is put the aquaclear 70 on my other tank and replace it with a second biowheel 200...

So to rephrase: is two penguin biowheel 200 filters sufficient filtration for a 54 gallon corner tank housing only 1 red cichlid that's 8"?

That sounds sufficient to me, not a cichild expert but those two should be good, i have a penguin bio wheel 170 on my 30 high and its great!
