Is this for real?

I went searching for a photo to show how large clown loaches can get, and stumbled across this...

http://www.loaches.com/species_pages...hus_short.html

Is this for real? Do these actually exhist, or is this some sort of deformation? I have never seen anything like this before. They look deformed to me, what do you guys think?

Here are some good pics from the same site. I'd say that these are some fat healthy clowns.

if you look around on that site (loaches.com) you will find a link for short bodied clown loaches...that is what I am talking about...

Sparkys worked just fine for me.....weird.

I tried looking around and didn't find anything for a short bodied clown loach. Do you have a scientific name besides the one for a regular clown loach? Or a URL for a picture on the page?

Hey check out this vid.

I knew that they got big but I always pictured them just getting long and keeping their shape. These things are like little pigs!

whoa... Holy !@#! LOL

Mine never got like that! That looks like a mix between a pot-bellied pig and a clown loach...

I had 3 at one point that were about 7-inches. I believe they can get up to 12-inches...

That video is insane!
