Got 4 tetras and 4 danios in this 30 gallon and I just noticed one has white dots all over it. Is this ich and if so what should I do? Take this one fish out before the rest get it? Or is the tank already affected?
It's hard to get a pic and you can see more white dots in person.

I can get the heat up but i dont have any aquarium salt. What is the best treatment? Should i go with medicines? I dont have any carbon in my filters

I've been told that heat and salt is the best treatment, sometimes you can't use salt because certain fish don't tolerate it well..

ok. So taking this one fish out wouldn't stop the others from getting it?

Doubt it, it's in the tank already, gravel vacs every few days and frequent small water changes..

Just raising the temp alone can often be all the is required to get rid of ich. Try that first before adding salt.
