is this normal looking

this is a lake m cichlid and she has babys in her mouth.
i figured it is normal for it to be bigger and strechier but is it normal for the gills and around the gills to be red? and look puffy?

keep in mind its not my camera and the pictures are crappy

She looks OK, but it is difficult to be certain, sonce the photos are so blurry.

so the redness on the gills is ok.
i thought it could be, that it was just the babies. but thank you tortis.
