I heard of them, you feed it to your pleco. But I have no idea where to find them or make them.

Try looking at KensFish.com. It's the only one I found. I hope this helps. I have never used them.

Here's what they look like. Small, green, extruded sticks. Penny for scale. They expand a bit as they absorb water.
I primarily feed them to my neocardina shrimp.
