Just dirted my tank...a few questions

Yesterday I dirted my 29g(why didn't anyone tell me what a PITA that is?). I replanted what I have(spiral crypts and anubias) and plan to go to store for more plants today. My question is when can I put my fish back in? My readings today after about 12 hours
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 10ppm(maybe? Those oranges are pretty close in hue)
I capped my dirt with the sand that was already in the tank

I would think you can put them back in any time. The tank might be cloudy from the dirt; it should settle or you can do a water change to clear it up some. Shouldn't affect putting the fish back in though.
