Just noticed white spots on my black molly!

Any help would be great im guessing this is white spot, what do i do?

There re medications for it in all fish stores. You probably want anti fungal. Make sure it won't dye the silicon in your tank. Read the back of the bottle

Google Image 'Ich' and see if that matches the ailment

If it appears like the fish was sprinkled with salt, that's ich. If there are white patches, especially around the mouth, it's Flexibacter columnaris.
