Lemon tetras

Hi i bought 5 lemon tetras a few days ago, and 2 of them died. I went out and bought 2 more as the others in the group seemed stressed, but now they dont go back in a group..there is two groups now one of 3 and the other of 2..will they go back to being a group again?

What are the water parameters and the tank size? They could be stressed due to water parameters, too small of tank size, incompatible tank mates, disease....
