1 is too high on nitrites. nitrites are extremely poisonous even more then ammonia. be sure to have an air stone for sure.

Ammo is hard on the fishes gills, but no2 is hard on the fish overall. I think a couple 3 back to back 50% PWC are in order asap.

Right folks av added both prime and a small amount of aquarium salt to my tank. And all my fish look alot better already. And its only been around an hour. Cheers for the advise.

It's only my Betta that looks a wee bit sluggish. But not as bad as yesterday. My guppies are back to normal - chasing each other. Lol.

I't might just take the betta a little longer to recover, guppies are pretty hardy and recover fast from what I've learned.
