I feed my fish live, frozen and flake, pellets. They are accustomed to that routine and will take whatever I offer. Been doing that a long time. Now when it comes to feeder fish such as feeder guppies or gold fish etc, I won't feed those to other fish. The pet shop feeder fish are generally not in the best shape and I stay away.
