Loisellei or yellow jacket

I need some help on these two fishes and also if anyone knows the sexing there 3 inch thanks

Just an educated guess. Parachromis Loiselli. Left pic. Female; rounded fins. Right pic; male,
pointed dorsal an anal fins; more vibrant coloration.
I see them occasionally at my LFS. No experience keeping them. I believe Yellow Jackets are somewhat uncommon, at least in my area.
