I'm excited to share I picked up 2 long finned panda cory today they are so cute :) I already had 2 normal panda cory so now there's a nice little shoal. Who knows maybe they will breed and ill end up with a mix of some long and some normal finned ones!
Here's a pic of them being acclimated

I've taken pics of them and some of my other fish too since I've let them out.

Thank you :) ill have to post an updated full tank shot it has the hood on it now and I've done a few little minor changes. I love the pandas I hadn't seen the long fins before a few months ago and just decided to give them a go since I lost a panda after upgrading their tank.

Lovely! Your tank is looking great :)

Tank is amazing. Please tell me what kind of fish is the one with the neon streaks in it. I am new to all of this so I cannot yet tell species, but they are beautiful.

Thanks!

Yes....very nice fish. May have to pick a pair up for myself.

They are beautiful fish but need a mature tank and are quite sensitive. There fine if you really keep an eye on the water parameters keep ammonia and nitrite at 0 and the nitrates as low as possible and just keep up with the water changes weekly. But most important is keeping everything stable and consistent. What size tank have you got? Tank mates and how long had it been set up for ? I'm no expert on keeping rams though these are my first pair I've ever kept. All is going well so far. Just do lots of research on any of the fish you'd like to get and you'll be fine :)

Thanks and yeah I just started researching them. I am not ready for them. Tank is only a few weeks ok. Water levels are good, just not where I want it to be yet. Right now I just have a few mollies. Is a 50gal tank

Yeah waiting awhile is a good idea then. You could always look into Bolivian rams they aren't as sensitive as the gbrs but aren't as colourful still very pretty fish though.

+1 to this. They still need a cycled tank (0 ammonia and nitrite) but they are more hardy than most other rams.

Your tank is beautiful!! I was looking at your plants and getting some ideas for mine! Plus, I love your rams!!
