Male or Female Bolivian Ram

I bought this little gem from wet spot and received it in the mail this last week. It's been really shy for awhile and not eating much (it would snatch a pellet or two when it thought I wasn't looking). This was the first time I was able to get a decent pic.

Any ideas on sex?

Also, is the color okay?

I've only seen pics of the Bolivian Ram online and so I am not sure how it should look. It seems pretty colorless to me. Should I be worried?

How big is it? It looks too young to accurately sex it.

I would guess about between 1.5 and 2 inches? It is in hiding right now. One of my cats decided to try to walk on a tank lid and it feel it. All animals are fine, just definitely spooked the fish. I will try to get an accurate measurement later. Hopefully it will explore again sometime today

1.5 looks like an accurate guess, it is definitely too small too sex accurately right now.
