Maybe blue arowana

Hey! I was at a lfs for the first time today and they have a blue arowana for sale. It is about 4 inches and i asked them to hold it for me. In aquariums what size do they usually get. I did the research but they were all diff lengths. What is the growth rate? What other fish do they get along with? What is the average price for a 4-5" blue arow?

There is no such thing as a blue arowana, use Osteoglossum ferreirai for your research and you'll find better information. Unless you have a 8x3x3 tank then I'd look elsewhere.

Blue/black whatever.

That scientific name is what popped up in all the reasearch i did. I just wanted some info from ppl that have owned them.

Im not going to get one till im older and have a 500+g tank and/or indoor pond
