Mean fry?

So i have four 1/2" molly fry in my platy breeding tank. I noticed that one of the fry is nipping at the female gold mickey mouse platy. The platy has little red marks all over her body. What is going on?

She might be the " runt " of the fry. Do you know how far apart age wise they are? That might be some help to me.

Sorry but this is kinda funny... Like the mouse scaring the elephant...
Can you try to remove the mean one for a day or two to see if a bit of stress would make him/her less aggressive?
