missing fish

hi guys i just finished doing a full water change and 2 of my harlequin rasporas are gone missing!!! does anyone know if striped raphael catfish will eat other fish? also can anyone identify this guy he came with my tank

nope they couldnt jump out i have a cooler that i use to store my fish during their tank cleanouts and it has a lid on it

other tank mates include 2 black fancy goldfish, 3 guppies, 1 balloon molly(think shes pegnant) 2 striped raphael catfish, 2 albino corycats, 1 pleco, 2 hybrids (silver mollies and some sort of swordtail),1 mystery fish (in above photo) 1 marimo moss ball and some hornwort

checked the filter as well just in case they got in there somehow but nope
