Anyone ever thought of getting a larger tank say 65 or 75 gallons and making a tank full of similar sized mixed species like a lot of guppies a lot of platys a lot of swords and a lot of mollies???

Plenty of people do just that. The "issue" is hybridization between the strains and even different livebearers.

n they will have deformed babies that happen to my sisters fish she had one of those fat mollies wit some guppies and platies and now they are deformed
