Mr. Limpet?

My Red Tail cat recently ate my 8 in Red Terror, so I had to get him another tank mate. I purchased this mystery fish from the LFS but he wasn't sure what it was. He thinks it's a type of Tilapia. Can someone help with the indentification. He is about 12 inches long and albino. I had to get him, he is the ugliest fish I've ever seen.

Looks a lot like an albino Tilapia mossambica to me.

100 galon Bow front. I figure I will be able to have the Red Tail for maybe another 3 mos or so. then he's going in my friends pond. With some huge coi, they too will be dinner eventually.
