I knew what i was getting into when I got my frogs, but many fish stores sell theses frogs to people who want to put them in community tanks and fail to inform the unsuspecting buyer what these frogs turn into in a years time. These frogs are 4 years old and I have really given up on making a neat tank for them, I just put gravel big enough that they can't eat(don't ask) and an overkill HOB to keep the tank somewhat clean. I can't say enough on the personalities of these frogs though, they will eat out of my fingers(and try to eat my fingers also) If anyone has any useful information or anything to add feel free :) Anyhow thanks for looking

Hey, thanks for sharing those pics... I know aquatic frogs seem to be more of an "aquarium" hobby type of pet but feel free to check out www.reptileadvice.com
We have a section on turtles and amphibians and I'm sure there's a few people over there that wouldn't mind seeing those pics and possibly hearing some of your experience...

Did I mention they can eat a dozen leftover minnows in less then an hour.... 8O
Whats really sad is many pet stores can't tell the difference between dwarf frogs and baby african clawed frogs..... An interesting fact about the african clawed frog is that they can live over 20 years
