My tank is 6 gallon but I call it nano because its very small.

My tank is a 6.6G and even the 12G Edge gets referred to as a nano pretty frequently, also contain nano sized fish or shrimp.

Micro nano is like a ~1-2G where you try and create a miniature kingdom.

For saltwater (SW) it is usually ~ 35G (at least seems to include 39G )or less called nano to add to the complication of things.
