So today I did a 25% PWC. Researched a whole Lot and tried to learn as much about my fish as possible.

You should not worry, looks normal to me being a new and just set up tank.

Is it from the gravel. As much as I clean the gravel that always seemed to happen to me and I would just scoop it out.

Or do you scoop it out and then it comes back?

I have never tried scooping it out... Also when and if my tank has great perimeters and all the stuff would that mean that it is done?

Congrats on your tank, looks great!

You may have already seen this, but this is a great article on Fishless Cycling and will answer a lot of questions.
