yea, it took like 3 1/2 minutes to prime... and I was feeding it water the whole time.

Sometimes that will happen. Mine did it a few times. It will work the kinks out, it's an amazing filter.

It's working fine now though right?

Yep, like a charm! My fish turn such pretty colors when I feed them I love, love, love having fish!

It does sound strange since you did use a supposedly seeded filter.

Yes, I bought a AquaClear 110 Just ordered a new heater too because this one is giving me so many problems.

Really?! I thought that it looked like .25 Amm, but maybe I'm seeing the colors wrong, I thought this whole time I may not be reading the colors right lol!
