I just wanted to get some input on whether or not I'm giving my livebearers enough variety in their diet.

Here's what I've got:

-Tetra Spirulina-Enhanced Flakes
-Tetra MicroCrabs
-Hikari Tubifex Worms
-Hikari Blood Worms
-Hikari Algae Wafers

Also, I give them peas or zucchini a few times a month.

I have offered them frozen brine shrimp but they aren't really interested in them. I would love to offer them live food but I don't have any local fish stores that sell it. That, and ordering it online is a little expensive.

What do you think?

Thanks,
Jon

I've thought about buyig myself a Sea-Monkey hatchery to grow myself some brine shrimp. It comes with all the stuff you need to grow the brine shrimp to adulthood and they cost about AUD$25! So you can keep your shrimp growing if you need only a few at a time, and they live in a cool Mars-scape pod. www.sea-monkeys.com is where you can buy them. The only dilemma I'm having is feeding one 'pet' to another :)
