Mystery Snail not coming out of shell

My mystery snail has been in its shell for at least a week and a half now. I know for a fact it's not dead, I've smelled it and it had no rotting odor. I've also pressed its trapdoor lightly and it does not budge. However, I'd like to know if my snail is healthy and if I need to take any steps to treating this. Thank you.
