I'm looking for a really geeky or very old-fashioned name...

Something along the lines of:

barthalamew
montgomery
eugene
cornelious (i like that one :D )

Any suggestions?? :p

My betta's name (the only fish I name) is Darius.

But how about

Abraham
Bertram
Edmund
Horatio
Leonardo
Mercutio
Sampson

Finnigan is one I thought of after watching Great Expections...

Then I can call him finn!

But then again, I'm liking Dr. Malavokwa "it's good to be home" (transylvania 6-5000)

However, mortimer does have it's charm and I'm kinda liking sampson, too. Oh decisions decisions :)

Thanks!

How about: Theodore, Percival, Milton, Herbert, or Clement?

or my favorite, Cedric (From all thigs great and small, the farting boxer dog)

:D

Naming new fish friends is so fun for me! Usually it takes me a couple of days. If you need ideas, there are tons of baby naming web sites out there. A lot of them have their names categories and top 10 lists for each decade to help you out.

BTW, I like all the names that you mentioned. I'll keep them in mind for future!

Purhaps you could go for a longer name....

"Dingo's got my baby"

"Mr. Bigglesworth"
