need advice on filter

I have a aqua internal 100 filter for my bettas tank which is 26litre. I was wondering if it's possible to put my spray bar under the water & point it up toward the surface? The noise coming from it is load & it's in my bedroom I'm not sure if I can do these so I thought I,d ask you guys hate to do something wrong for my betta. Thanks

Of course you can. I have all mine under the surface. To promote oxygen exchange with a filter it only needs to ripple the waters surface not crash through it. That being said Bettas can breathe from the waters surface and prefer little to no surface water movement.
