Something like that showed up on my pleco but on the tip of his nose. I had just gone through an Ich outbreak so I just did a half dose of Ich medicine in my tank (I'm pretty sure plecos can be very sensitive to the medicine) and it went away. He is fine now. Could that be what is going on with yours?
