Need to harden water
I'm going to start a cichlid tank I need a way to harden the water

I agree with Samzter. Crushed coral in either your tank bed, or stuffed in a mesh bag in your filter will increase pH. Adding shells to your tank also can increase pH.

i use aragonite in mine, it looks nicer than crushed coral
imo
