Neon Dwarf Gourami Troubles

I have a fully cycled 29 gallon aquarium with a common plecostomus, 5 tiger barbs, and a new Neon Blue Dwarf Gourami. He is INSANE! He wont stop chasing his reflection on the glass. How can I stop this without backgrounds, cardboard, etc. I need your best advice please. Thanks!

isolate him in a cup for 5 min then put him back in your tank

OK i tried the cup thing. He is now hiding in the plants... LOL

leave nature play its part if that did not work.

He has to get comftorble with the other fish

Yeah it didnt work. Now hes not darting, but hes still swimming along the wall giving himself the evil eye. I just want him to swim
