Neon Tetra with Reddish Sack

Neon Tetra with a Hernia?

Hi All!

Today I noticed that my oldest and largest neon tetra has a reddish sack protruding from between his/her pelvic fins. The fish is acting very healthy and normal - eating, swimming, etc. I've confined him/her to a large fishbowl in case this could potentially harm the other fish.

Any one ever seen or heard of something like this?

Wow, I don't know what that is. Have you googled internal parasites? Or just parasites on fish? Check out some pics, and see if it looks like anything it has.
