New 25 Gallon long tank!!

It going to be A planted tank.
Plants: Some Annacharis (2), Wisteria ( four) and Anubias (2).
I am thinking that will be a good amount of plants. do you too?
For the Fishes:
4 zebra danios
4 White cloud
2 ghost shrimp
2 mystery snails
4 Red Minor Tetra
4 Blood fin tetra

is it too may fish? to little?
top dwellers and Bottom dwellers are needed in my opinion.
What do you think?

I think the fish stock is fine just remember to add them slowly like one species per 2 weeks or longer
