New 40g tank and stand. Stocking questions.

So today I just got my new 40g tank and stand that I ordered and I have a baby red tailed shark to go in it but I wanted to add maybe a few other fish with the same aggression as him. This probably isn't possible but any ideas from anyone?

I was told introducing a more aggressive with a community fish can happen if introduced when young and grew together. But really any type of semi aggressive fish that grows to the same length which is 4 to 5 inches will be able to be able to go in same tank. Basically so they can both handle themselves.

I have seen cichlids and I belive the more aggressive Tetras with them.
