Well I do have a clip on light!! And those places are great ideas!! My mom likes to go to goodwill and find vases as she collects them and I usually always see a few tanks there. Thank you guys so much!! You have all helped me so much!!

I do have one more question about lighting and plants...I have a light behind my tank right now and the light shines through the back onto the plants. Will the plants use the light this way? It might be a silly question but I dont know really anything about plants haha

Where the light is located is where the plants will grow towards. So it really doesn't matter where light is, if you don't mind plants leaning towards the back

Ok I can deal with some crooked plants as long as they will grow haha the light is decently close to the top but where the tank is I cant get the light on top. But thank you very much!
