Cory cats are entertaining and cute. You could get a school of the habrosus or pygmaeous varieties. Not very colorful, but they make up for it in personality!

Maybe something that doesnt swims around on the bottom. Its a iwagumi aquascape.

Throw some endlers in there and call it a day! Very colorful and active, and they swim all over the tank. Just get all males. They stay small, so you can have a bunch. And they get along with shrimp!

Not sure what iwagumi is but maybe Cardinal Tetras.
