New fish and QT Procedure

Do you treat for ick when QT'ing new fish?

I do not treat a fish unless I know it has a disease. I QT them, but simply to watch for signs.

I keep my qt temp higher (around 83) so that if they do have ich, it will progress to the point that I know that they do, and I will then treat (plus I'm only 5 degrees from 88).

I also will only treat a fish in quarantine if I know it is sick.

Personally, I haven't QT'd, but an going to start, as the last 5-6 times I got fish from the lfs here, I got ick every time. And being that it's on such a regular basis, I'm thinking of being pro-active from now on and QT in a heat-treated environment. I voted that I haven't thought about it til now, since I've just now been thinking about it with the lfs's track record here.
