Nitrogen bubbles

I have just read a thread about nitrogen bubbles.
As you may know, I have sand in my 190 l aquarium - but I'm not sure about how to get rid of these nitrogen bubbles that can get trapped in the sand. What fish can I get to stir up the sand? I've got neons, zebra danios, betta and 2 elegans corys so far.
Just when you think you've got things sussed lol

You can stir the sand manually with a fork, or get some malaysian trumpet snails. They will burrow through the sand and keep it stirred up.

Thanks, will those snails be ok with the fish that I've got and what do they eat?

They eat anything they find and your fish will not bother them or vice versa. They generally go through the substrate looking for food.
