Odd molly behavior (video)

1st, fast forward to the last 5 seconds of the video to see what I'm talking about. My new ballon molly keeps, purposefully swimming into one of my plant leaves. Like bumping it and it throws him/her off balance and then goes on his way. It's very odd. Anything to worry about?

Being a "new" fish is part of the problem. Most likely it came from a LFS or pet chain store?
This flashing and scratching is a symptom of possibly some parasite, early symptoms of ich etc.
I've had many new fish as well that have shown some type of disease coming from most likely poor water conditions and contamination from other fish.
Best you can do is keep the temp around 80f, do partial daily water changes and feed them a good diet, I'm sure after a couple of weeks the fish will be just fine.
