I noticed today that I had a baby guppy within my tank. But i can only spot one. Is this normal? Did all the other ones get gobbled up? All that is in the tank is a Dwarf Gourami, 6 Fancy Guppies (4 male, 2 Female), a feeder goldfish that refuses to die and a pleco.

it happens buddy, my mollies keep disapperaing on me, started with 20 in my plants then went to 6 and now i've only seen one out free swimming (finally grew to big to be munched on by mom and dad)

if you want to try to keep them alive a little longer add some mossy type plant for them to hide in while they are growing

You are lucky that one survived. The good news is that guppies will give birth over and over again. If you want to keep them in the future, try removing momma to her own tank or a breeder's net.
