My 2 orandas are always at the top of thetank. I have 2 hob filters and a long airstone. What are they doing? Water parameters are fine. They never did this before in there other tank.
Ammo 0 ppm
Nitrates10-15 ppm
Nitrites 0ppm
Ph 7.2- 7.4

what size is the tank?

gasping for air is indicative of toxic water and/or insufficient oxygen.

your water parameters look fine. But when is the last time you vacuumed your gravel or cleaned your filter?

29 gallon.
Last gravel vacuum was saturday and i havent really cleaned to filter media. When do i usually suppose to clean it

usually once a month, clean the filter media.
Just rinse, wash and squeeze it in water from the tank (during water changes)

When you added new water did you add conditioner? I know sometimes people forget

How is your surface agitation? Bubbles don't allow much oxygen into the water, it mainly comes as a result of gas exchange from water movement.
