Orange Spotted Sunfish

Hello All,
I have recently obtained 8 wild caught orange spotted sunfish that I have been keeping in a 30L. unfortunately they have come down with chilodonella (a form of velvet). They have missing scales. sores, and fungus although they are eating normally. Since Sunday I have been treating the tank with maracyn for bacteria and Super velvet plus. I also have added aquarium salt. What is the timeframe for improvement as well as when can I begin water changes?

Unfortunately I can't answer your questions. But wow, I just looked them up and that's a good looking fish. I didn't know they were all over the US here.
