I need a refresher course in oto's. What is the full name? And if anyone has a photo that would be great. Are you referring to otocinclus? And what do the lfs call them normally. Thanks......
 
It sounds like you just answered all your own questions :). Theres not much more to add. A quick google search will turn up more pictures than you could ever look at.

Just be aware that Otos are one of the more delicate fish. I've definitely had some bad luck keeping them. A high die-off rate is normal when they are first added to a tank. Many also won't take to supplements like algae wafers or veggies...so make sure your tank is well established and theres a plentiful food source. Even though they are small...I like to keep them in larger tanks since they prefer to be in groups and need ample food. They also thrive in a well planted tank.

Corys are fine with them. I have my Otos in with Pandas.
